Grey Owl Tempest Kayak Paddle

The Grey Owl Tempest Kayak paddle is a classic low angle design for all day laid back cruising- Two piece for easy transport with a carbon fibre Ferrule and 60 degree offset. Wood provides a floating blade and a warm feel to your paddling. Less harsh than other materials it will last and look good.

This paddle isrelatively light weight with a balanced swing weight. The dihedral spoon blade will allow for a smooth and flutter free stroke.

Shaft: 3 ply laminated cedar and basswood, oval 1 ¼” x 1 1⁄8”

Ferrule: 14” carbon fibre, feather or unfeathered 60° left or right (Made in China)

Blade: 11 ply laminated ash, butternut, bass and walnut

Tip Material & Style: casting epoxy, wraparound

Finish: high gloss exterior polyurethane with UV block
